In 1994, my late Kelantan-born wife, Nik Zaidah Mohd Zain, and I established Adni Islamic School in Ampang, Selangor, with only 17 students. Over the years, our school flourished, reaching over 1,600 students from 22 countries before the COVID-19 pandemic.
In memory of my late wife, I am now embarking on a new journey by starting Iqraโ International School in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. Our school is located in our own 10-storey building, Iqra’ Tower, on Jalan Kebun Sultan, Kota Bharu.
Iqra’ International School will be the only Islamic English medium international school in Kelantan.
My vision for Iqraโ International School is to become the top educational institution in Kelantan, distinguished by our superior facilities, high educational standards, strong Islamic education, and focus on character development.
I warmly invite parents to place their trust in us to educate their children. Your support is vital as we work together to build Iqra’ into a school we can all be proud of. We pledge to do our utmost for the sake of our religion, race and country.
For the academic year 2025, beginning February, we plan to limit our initial intake to preschool, primary 1, 2 and 3 only, to ensure we can address future challenges effectively.
